The flat is beautiful and well kept. Your hospitality and helpfulness gave us peace of mind and ensured an enjoyable stay. The inverter is a blessing allowing us to forget about loadshedding during our stay. Thank you for the thoughtfulness in even the little stuff, a new bar of soap, body wash, shampoo. We highly recommend 33 Boulder Bay and are looking forward to returning soon. 

A beautiful view from the window, fully equipped apartments, everything you need for relaxation, cooking, for children there is even a playpen and beach toys. Great bed in master bedroom, comfortable bedroom for kids. Friendly staff on site, great pool, including a separate one for the kids. 

Friendly and comfortable accommodation. Easy access to the beach. Netflix! 24-hour security and friendly maintenance people. Flexible and accommodating. I came for the quiet and the sea; & I got it.

We had a wonderful stay at Sue’s place. A fully equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms was a win. A very short walk to the beach, near restaurants and shops. The complex has a pool and braai area and a 24hr security guard. Lovely sea views from the main bedroom, balcony and lounge area. Sue was a great communicator and our check in process was a breeze. Packing for a holiday with two kids is always a mission. But here so many things you need are already there.
The apartment has beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, emergency lights, coffee plunger, first aid kit, multiplugs in every room and much more. Sue is extremely helpful and friendly.
We had an amazing time and will definitely be back for another holiday soon.

Nous avons adoré notre semaine au 33 Boulder Beach ! Sue est une hôtesse tellement attentionnée, l’appartement idéalement situé avec une vue magnifique, d’une propreté impeccable et arrangé avec délicatesse, beaucoup de goût et de confort et équipé de manière à ce que l’on manque de rien, même des fauteuils pour la plage et le parasol sont à disposition ! Sue est extrêmement arrangeante et disponible pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. C’est si chaleureux d’avoir la délicate bougie « free gift » et la bouteille de vin à notre arrivée, ainsi que le daily service, exceptionnel ! Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps, nous recommandons vivement et si nous le pouvons, nous reviendrons avec joie !

Everything, the welcoming gift, king size bed, wifi, full DSTV, Netflix, the location, the swimming pool, the view, the cleanliness. Sue, the hostess was also very good and accommodating. COVID-19 protocols followed to the tee.

A welcoming apartment and host made every effort to accommodate our needs. Gorgeous views, comfortable, clean & freshly decorated apartment. Location, very accessible to restaurants, if you want it, the kitchen has everything. Security excellent.

Location is fantastic! Unit is in a secure complex right on the beach. First floor unit was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and whole unit was lovely. Everything that was needed was available. Hostess was incredibly helpful and friendly. Kids loved that there was wi-fi especially since it rained for most of our stay - however there is always something to do in and around Ballito and Umhlanga.

We found the apartment to live up to our expectations. We were close to restaurants and two swimming beaches. The unit catered for all ages and I will definitely be returning to stay at Sue's place.

The place is very clean and it felt like home as we found everything we needed. Sue was an excellent host who was always there checking if we were okay all the time. The lady who cleaned for us was very friendly too. Excellent place to relax and enjoy time together as friends or family.

The place was in immaculate condition, it was clean and neat the place had a feeling of home, Sue was a great host making sure we where okay throughout our stay. Perfect location great complex with many friendly people
